Muffins, Muffins, Muffins, Nothin’ but Muffins
I was asked to make cornbread muffins for this weekend’s wedding. Yesterday I made my third and final triple batch, for a total of 104 muffins! My poor kiddo who has the kitchen chore this week asked me yesterday, “How many more times am I going to have to wash these muffin pans?” The funny part about that, is the child rinsed them once – I washed them every time.
