Oreo Truffles
I’m throwing a bridal shower next week and I found these great Oreo Truffles at http://celebrationsathome.blogspot.com/2010/01/oreo-truffles.html . I adapted them to my colors. I’m still hoping to drizzle some aqua colored candy melts on the top. But right now you can see the process, the filling and the chocolate covered truffle.
